Shipping Policy
Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free standard worldwide shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $15 applies for international shipping and $10 for domestic (USA).
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or collection launches, processing may take up to 4 business days.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your STRIDE gear, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. No questions asked.
Return Conditions
Items must be in original condition, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear and socks cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Faulty Goods
We stand by the quality of our gear. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at support@stride.com and we will provide a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
How to Return
1. Visit our Returns Portal with your order number.
2. Select the items you wish to return and the reason.
3. Print your prepaid shipping label (USA only).
4. Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Note: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
